Payment & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, payment is required in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are happy to offer a refund if we are notified at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Non-Members: Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $75 no-show fee will be charged. To avoid this fee, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
